Arizona Illegal Immigration Law
Imagine that! Arizona passed a law that makes it illegal to be an illegal alien. Why was that necessary? Because the federal government refuses to protect our borders and enforce illegal immigration laws!
Since the federal government won’t protect our national sovereignty, it’s up to the states to step in and get it done. And now, the federal government is threatening to unleash the Justice Department, bring suite and declare the Arizona law as unconstitutional.
Remember your history. It was back in 1776 when the STATES decided to give up a little bit of their own sovereignty to pass a little of that responsibility on to the newly adopted federal government. In other words, the STATES are “superior” to the federal government. The federal government exists at the pleasure of the states. Not the other way around.
I thinks it’s time that ALL BORDER STATES (including Michigan), adopt a law similar to the Arizona law. Let’s show Arizona our support. If the federal government won’t acknowledge and accept responsibility for its Constitutional obligations . . . some one had better do it.
For your convenience, I've attached a link to Arizona's new law.
